Many coaches make the mistake of not approaching their coaching business as A BUSINESS. While it is critical that you love it and are passionate about it, that is not enough. If you approach it as a hobby, you will unlikely be successful. If you approach it as a small business and plan and invest appropriately, you dramatically increase your chance of success.

A solid business plan are critical for planning, identifying opportunities, decision making, and evaluating your progress. A business plan also helps you establish timelines and milestones to help guide your progress and make smart modifications.
