Do
You Have a Clear Path for Success in Your Coaching Business? Or Are You
Making It Up As You Go?
Here's
a Ready-to-Use Blueprint That Tells You Exactly What You Need to Do Next
to Grow and Accelerate Your Coaching Business
Dear Coach,
Here's the
tormenting truth. If you could be a fly on the wall in the home offices
of most coaches, you'd witness the frustrating dibilitating ordeal of coaches
having to wake up every morning and figure out what they're going to do
to move their business forward.
Most of the
time, they end up in a situation where they're responding to the urgent,
instead of what's important.
If you are new to this business,
or have been struggling as a coach, I am willing to bet that at least one
of these thoughts have been secretly tormenting you day after
day:.
Quick Coaching Business Quiz:
Which of these
things are true for you?
.
Hello,
my name is Milana Leshinsky, and I am the founder of Association of Coaching
& Consulting Professionals on the Web (ACCPOW), and the author of "Coaching
Millions: Help More People, Make More Money, Live Your Ultimate Lifestyle."
I am not a mind reader (although
many of my clients might disagree :)
I am just someone who has been working
with hundreds of coaches from all over the world, in different stages of
their businesses, and I hear these statements over and over again.
As a coach yourself, I am sure you
understand how essential it is to work with a more experienced coach to
accelerate the growth of your business and achieve extraordinary success.
However, I realize that not everyone
can afford to hire a business or marketing coach.
In fact, that's one of the reasons
I decided to hold a coaching tele-summit every year, where I bring dozens
of six to seven-figure coaches and ask them to share how they get clients,
build credibility and make their coaching business fail-proof.
It's an amazing
feeling to wake up every day knowing what you're going to
do to generate revenue! And not just "an idea of what to do" - I am talking
about knowing exactly who you're going to talk to, what you're
going to write, and where you're going to go.
I am not going to bore you with a
long letter...I know you want me to get right to the point.
So here it is...
What
If You Had a Roadmap, a Blueprint You Could Look at Every Day and Know
Exactly What You Need to Do Next to Accelerate Your Business?
You may not have the business
experience or marketing savvy, but what I am about to share with you will
give you the confidence (and great relief!) to build a coaching
business to last.
Here is the #1 massive mistake most
coaches make when they start a business...

They don't have a
business plan.
I don't mean the kind of a business
plan you present to bankers or investors. I am talking about a personal
blueprint designed to move you to the level of financial success you
wish to reach...an action business plan!
I resisted creating a business plan
for years!
When I finally did it, I couldn't
believe the clarity and the confidence it gave me. All of a sudden, all
fears of uncertainty dissappeared and I knew exactly
how I was going to reach my financial goal.
Earlier this year, I teamed up with
my good friend, entrepreneur's coach and business psychologist, Larina
Kase, in developing a series of business plans specifically for
coaching professionals.
(There are hundreds of business plans
you can purchase online, but this is the only place you can find business
plans for coaches!)
Here is just a sampling of what the
Coaching
Business Plan series include:

Many coaches make the
mistake of not approaching their coaching business as A BUSINESS. While
it is critical that you love it and are passionate about it, that is not
enough. If you approach it as a hobby, you will unlikely be successful.
If you approach it as a small business and plan and invest appropriately,
you dramatically increase your chance of success.
A solid business plan are critical
for planning, identifying opportunities, decision making, and evaluating
your progress. A business plan also helps you establish timelines and milestones
to help guide your progress and make smart modifications.
But
There Are Many Coaches Who Are Successful Without Using a Business Plan,
Why Should I Have One?
You may be someone who is
already reasonably successful in spite of not having a business plan.
So why have it now?
If you've gotten by without a plan
up until now, imagine where you could be WITH a business action plan.
Regardless of what stage of business
growth you're at today, you can have a set of specific action steps so
you know where you are and where you're going.
But also, you can create mental
clarity about your value and goals so you can communicate your message
more effectively in all marketing efforts and therefore build your business
faster and make it last.
I've been in business for 6 years,
and have gone from a "brand-spanking-new" start-up to six figures (and
...shhhh... I have gone without a business plan for the first four years!)
But, here
is my personal biggest and most important reason to have a business plan...It
forces me to think and plan ahead (which I normally resist), and put in
writing where I want to see my business in the next 1-5 years.
It forces me to think of specific
strategies and actions I'll need to take to get there! I no longer
feel like I am "playing by ear" - I know exactly what needs to happen (as
far as marketing, product mix, resources, strategic alliances etc.) to
get my business to look like I want.
Creating a business plan from scratch
take signficant time, dedication, business planning, and writing skills.
With Coaching Business Action Plans Larina and I created for you, you'll
save an enormous amount of time and frustration, and will get a ready-to-use
business plan template within minutes!
But that's not all...

P.S. There are tons of free templates
for business plans available on the web, but most coaches find them confusing
and intimidating because they are for large manufacturing businesses, insurance
companies, and other unrelated industries. These templates confuse more
than they help, many times "paralyzing" the new business owner. In Coaching
Business Action Plans, we include specific examples to follow, so you can
complete each critical section fast and easy! Grab
